Exchange Policy
At Under the Sun, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help you.
- We do not have a refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit only.
- We do offer size exchanges.
- All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and it is the customers responsibility to have their items collected from the warehouse.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.
- Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or exchange can be issued.
- Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Hence, please take care when trying on the garments.
- We do not accept any exchanges for items marked as SALE.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item, please email our customer care team at support@undethesunshop.in with a photo or video clearly showing the fault and a brief description. All items will be inspected and assessed by our team. If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement (if stock is available), store credit note or refund. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
