PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are included in the order
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
DAMAGES
If a damaged order is received, please contact our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)
SHIPPING FEES
International shipping is approximately $30 (INR 2,500). This does not include custom duties levied at the destination country.
CUSTOM DUTIES/IMPORT CHARGES
Custom duties, taxes, or additional charges may be imposed once the parcel reaches its destination country. If custom duties are applicable, the customer is responsible for clearing these charges.
Under the Sun is not liable for these charges and does not have prior knowledge of the specific rates for each country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential costs.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
All orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days of receiving the order. The delivery timeline may vary depending on the destination's postal code.
If the piece(s) you’ve ordered isn’t readily available, please allow us some time to restock. In such cases, the shipping period may be extended, and one of our team members will notify you of any delays via email.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
SERVICE DELAYS
Under the Sun is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs clearance delays. In such cases, we recommend directly contacting the courier company with the provided tracking number for real-time updates.
FAILED DELIVERY
For failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailable contact details, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, Under the Sun is not responsible for any return shipping charges.
If your order is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay the shipping fees again.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
